Hello, I have a analog phone ... when the handset is picked up they want the call to be routed to a another users extension. I thought about short codes, but don't know how to add it to a analog phone. Then I thought making a dummy route... flabbergasted... I can really use some assistance... installing system today in 2 hours... thanks, Trina ps - just found out about this analog phone...

Without short codes it would be very hard for analog phones to do most of the things that other phones do through display menus.

Add the short code to the settings of the user who is associated with the analog extension.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
