Hi all,

I don't have much programming backup and I would like to learn how to build a little program that can store customer info in MS Access.

I got table named CUSTOMERS in ACCESS and I was able to build the form.

now what I need is how to build a qurey or something that will bring back certain customer based on my query with let's say last name, first name and phoen number.

thanks,

Why not playing with the Northwind sample database ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

If I already the form,

1. how can I build the executable to get to that form??? Another word, I like to have an icon build for someone who doesn't know anything about computer so he or she can easily click the icon to get to the form.

2. what I need to do to build the search for customer??? let say if I want to search for John do, instead of going through the whole list.

thanks,

any advises ????

thanks,

Use the combo box wizard to create a combo box, and use that to go to a specific record.
