BUG5128 - How to resolve or isolate?

I am getting the following bug code after setting up Nars?Bars in a site yesterday. Does anyone have any insight out this bug code, and how to remedy it?

check your rlb's you are either sending a call back out the route that's coming in on, or sending digits to a route that will not accept them. i would use enl msgo and msgi against the d channels, inload 97.. be a good place to start
