Hey guys,
First time posting.
I have received a BUG365 message, looked up the code was wondering what "811 and 911 version" mean

BUG0365
Network map indicates timeslot is idle but network memory is not idle.
TN1, TN2 (packed format), BADLOOP, SLOT1, SLOT2, CONTENTS. 811 and 911versions: DATA0, DATA1. Procedure PATHFIND

Great site! Have cleared up a half dozen problems already!

Reoccurring BUG365 does not clear network data

This patch is for a very specific reoccurring BUG365;
BUG365 : 000078B0 00007400 120 8 0000A000 00000000

The first two fields and the stack may vary, the loop (120) slot (8) may also
vary but will repeat after the bug has been triggered once, the target of this
patch is when the last two fields equal 0000A000 00000000.

This patch will not help any other variation of BUG365.

Both patches need to loaded by Nortel - you will need to get a Nortel case opened to get patch and clear

Reusser Thanks for the reply. I have gone over the Bug codes and I don't have the problem this patch will fix.
I was wondering about the explaination the NTP give about "811 and 911 versions: DATA0,DATA1

Hey there! Do they happen to have a patch for this Bug365 string? 01D2D33F 0123EB9C

We have a survivable remote core system Cs1000e running CC 5.0 (haven't taken the 5.5 plunge yet because 6.0 is out soon)

The loops and slots these report on are 86-13, 85-8, 86-17

I appreciate the original post about these Bug365 errors. Seems crazy to me because the Nortel Docs say that the Call Server is failing to setup speechpath ... why would that be?

Both of you will need to open Nortel case to either Apply one of the patches (since they are not public) or open CR or new patch.
