Folks, I think some of my Phantom calls/missing calls is related to this bug.

Both lines affected are generating Bug0195 errors. In looking at the SIO/SM manual, it says 'BLOCK_PTR could not be found in specified queue. Procedure REMOVE.

What does that mean? How do I fix it?

I would start to check the callregisters in LD17, end after necessary changes make a cold start.

I cant think of something else, if the phantom numbers are configured as they should with valid DCFW numbers etc..

Hi,

This is a general bug message it could mean all kinds off stuff...

We have openned a couple of cases with Nortel regarding this bug and everytime they come up with a different solution... And there was no relations what so ever...

So log a case with Nortel and they can fix it...
