Bug with Shadowing User?

Hello There.
We have just started a pilot at my work on going over to Citrix, however when we try to shadow someone we get the following quirky issue.

A user refuses our shadow request - however we still get the shadow session come up..but with our session replicated again in a new window? So we are now connected twice to the server?
