Has to do with an incoming message to your DChannel (I think DCH30 and route 59?)...
BUG4108 Incoming msg not allowed for this application.
Action:
Severity: Minor. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: Yes
We get those too. Not sure how to 'fix' it.
