My office use dual language for our phone system, Indonesian and English. This is defined when callers press 1 and 2 digit respectively.
The problem is when a call is transferred to a busy extension. For this busy condition (covered by covarage path), an announcment will read to inform the caller. We would like this message to be read according to the language chosen before. But I am having difficulty retrieving back that language parameter back in such busy condition.
Is there anyway to this?
