If you have the .DDF files for the Btrieve database, you can use the Btrieve 6.15 ODBC driver. This can be downloaded from the Goldstar Software Btrieve 6.X support page (
Actually the Btrieve 6.15 ODBC (from the Goldstar site) should not work with the Btrieve 6.10 that is in NetWare. There is a chance that the 16-bit drivers might work, but Btrieve 6.10 only supports DOS, Win16, and OS/2 connectivity and the 32-bit Btrieve ODBC Drivers from Pervasive generally won't work with only 16-bot requesters and even if they did it wouldn't be legal since you would be using 6.15 requesters (wbtrv32.dll, and w32bticm.dll) for connectivity that never came with Btrieve 6.10. There are two routes you can can go with this though, but both would need good DDFs. The first is to upgrade the Btrieve on the NetWare server with Pervasive.SQL 2000i which has full ODBC capabilities and supports all Btrieve apps and data because it has a full Btrieve 7.90 engine in it. The second method would be to use 3rd party drivers like Merant or others, though you will still need DDFs. There is quite a bit of info on the Pervasive site about DDFs and you should contact whoever wrote the app to see if they will supply them to you.
