I get sucessful backups of the Exchange IS but the transaction logs don't delete. I'm new to BStor. What am I missing? Exchange 2003 ESM database tab says "This type of backup has never been performed."

If you have not done so already, read through the Exchange DB Agent guide. It really is very good. It can be found on the CD in the doc directory or online at supportconnect.ca.com.

HI ,
Are you performing a FULL backup or Incrementa/differential ?
Is Circualr Logging turned on?
Does NTBACKUP clear the transaction logs?

Circular logging is off Zero out deleted database pages is on. Doing a full back up. I will try one from nt backup to see results.
