I have the same issue as Mike did in this thread: thread690-1558235
Mike fixed it by changing the UUI IE Treatment in the trunk group to "shared".
I suspect this will fix the issue for me also.
However, my question is, can i do this on the fly? Is there any potential impact of changing the UUI IE Treatment?
Could it drop live calls that are on the trunk group?
Any info you have about what the UUI IE Treatment setting does would also be good to know.
