BSR POLLING VIA TCP/IP STEPS

I've seen them either on this forum or online somewhere, but I can't recall where. It was a step-by-step guide to implementing BSR polling via tcp/ip - from scratch. I've been searching for the past 2 hours, I'll keep searching until I find them, so hopefully somebody here knows where I can find them.
