I am getting the blue screen on Win NT after changing the shell32.dll file. What should I do?

By the way - the logon does not complete. I can not get the laptop on the network.

How did you change the shell32.dll file? (Can you put old file back the same way?). If not, and NTFS filestore, if you've a 2k or XP install disk handy, you could run their recovery console (it works for NT installations too) & put the file back from there.

Or get an adapter and connect hard drive to PC and do it there.

Repair? (what service pack levels are install disk and current installation).
PS. Why did you do this?

Thanks wolluf, but I just replaced the OS with XP. :)
