BSOD In Windows XP 1

Hi Folks

I keep getting the following error, it doesn't seem to happen at any particular point and can sometimes happen every few mins or hours or othertimes not for days.

KERNEL_STACK_PAGE_ERROR

STOP 0x00000077,2x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x0344B000


I have checked the MS site and couldn't find that error code.

Has anyone any idea what is causing it?
