anyone with a sugestion on this, I have a shelf that I keep getting: pwr001 pwsp 00 3 1 and pwwr001 pwsp 00 3 2.
I hav ereplaced the power suply and the ring gen on this shelf and I keep getting the same alarm, the top cap is red and today all my analog sets are dead i cannot get dial tone out of them. i have checked the netwok card all seems good there as the other nshelf is working fine.... any info is apreciated.

unseat the cards, seat the power supply by itself - go green? seat cards one at a time by themselves.

thanks that worked. the issue is slot 0 will replace the card and see if the problem disappears.
