MICS 7.1
Call Pilot= Latest and greatest New system.

Problem: While connected with RAD using Browser Tool, no CC agent can log in. Log in phone just blanks display. No error message or any indication. Once I terminate RAD session, agents can log in normally.
If I am running back-up session, users can still log in normally. Did not try it while running Remote Set.
Anybody seen this?
I'm suspecting some B2 conflict, but ??????
Makes me a bit edgy to do remote work if customer is using CC.

Thanks Curly. Thought I had lost my mind, but guess that I lost it years ago. Not sure if it is a 7.1 issue or happens on earlier versions too. I have only a few sites using Call Center, so not much history to go on. Do you know if Remote Set causes the same problem? My site is a 24 hour, 7 day call center, so can't do much testing.

Thanks Curly. I will flag this site as "Remote Set only" when working it via RAD. A star to you my friend.
Hope Nortel fixes it someday.

Cinphony had a similar issue. Use the browser and the agents were hosed while you were in.

I wonder if this is more a NRU problem?

Might be. I hadn't run across it before now.
Guess we all just need to be careful with this on ACD and Call Center sites and use Remote Set Tool instead. I didn't find anything at Nortel on this, but might have missed something. Maybe a known issue that I missed?????
Thanks for your input NARSBARS.
