My browser has been hijacked and I can't seem to find any evidence on which trojan (or whatever) has taken over my browser. Is there a .exe I can run to take care of it? I have seen many .exe to run but they are specifically for certain types.

It is most likly spyware/malware try downloading spybot (do a google search). Download its latest detection files and then run a scan. If it is a spyware program it should catch it.

Had the same problem on a friend's machine. What a rotten trick, considering my friend is blind and has enough problems navigating windows to begin with.

However, Ad-Aware from lavasoft found, and fixed, the problem. You might want to try it out.
