Hello All!

Our friend Ron is having a strange problem with his computer, running XP Home.

Every time he starts his browser (IE) it takes him to the following as his home page:

I know this is a legitimate Microsoft page, but shouldn't it, you know, run *once*? He has tried following the prompts and giving the information... reboot, restart IE, goes to the same page again. He has also tried resetting his homepage from the Tools menu, but everytime he starts IE it goes to this runonce page.

Any ideas what could be wrong? I haven't tried troubleshooting the computer in person yet, so I can't answer many questions at this point.

Thanks in advance!

I HIGHLY Recommend SPYBOT!!! IT has a anti-hijacking feature built in to prevent your browser getting hijacked. Plus you can also immunize your system against different bots and other nasty spyware..
