Brother DCP 135C inkjet printer

My printer (just over a year old) has stopped printing in colour. I've done the usual stuff - cleaned print heads, replaced cartridges (currently Brother originals) but it doesn't want to play. If anyone's got any suggestions I'd be very grateful.

I assume you've done the obvious and checked your settings in the printer properties.
