brochure layout

This may be a silly question, but I can't figure out how to set up a blank brochure. When you go into layouts it gives everything but that layout. If I do a "new" "custom" I still can't figure it out. Any suggestions? THanks!

My suggestion would be to go to File|Page Setup and change the paper orientation to Landscape. Then go to Layout Guides and choose three columns. You may have to fool with it a bit to get it exactly right, but this should get you started.
