Is there a way that I can send out a broadcast message to 50 or more DN's at once, for emergency recall purposes?

If you mean voice mail, just create a distribution list, compose the message and mark it "urgent". But that's not the same as broadcasting where it forces you to hear it.
If you mean telephone call 50 phones at once, no. But you can call 20 phones at once with "Group Call"

Is it possible to link more than one group call list?
No, but you can put many Group Call keys on one phone.

If you have IP phones, then the Voice Office application ( can be used to send alerts (audio, text)to those phones.
