Does anybody know a way to broadcast to a Windows 2000 domain group or OU or logged on users to a domain?

Thank you in advance.

first,
you have to be administrator of your local machine, then go & right click on my computer and click properties
-then click on the network identification tab and click properties to join a domain; after you should click on the member of domain and type in your domain - it will ask you who has permission to join the domain and type "yourdomainname\usernamewhichhasaccesstothedomain" & type in your "password" and it should validate you to join the domain - you might need to reboot your PC afterwards

Huh? He said "broadcast" not join a domain. You know, send a message?

Yes, and no.
You can use "net send", but it is limited. Open a command prompt and type net send /? and it will show you the command line. But you can only send to the full domain or individual users, I think.

Thank you, Jon, for the infor and the 'clarification'.
Net Send can broadcast to all connected domain/Server users.
I guess it is NOT possible to limit the broadcast to an OU or Domain group. Is there a 3rd party software which will help doing that? Thanks again.

I saw some out there when looking. Do a google on "net send".
