We are wanting to implement the Broadcast Message feature of Intuity in the event of an emergency and they want it in place soon due to the hightened security situation. I have never set up a broadcast message box so will follow the Avaya procedures but my question is, is there a way I can test my programming without everyone knowing about it (say 6 of my closest voice mail friends)? Any oddities I should know about this feature before handing it over to the CEO? Is it pretty simple to program and explain to her how to use it? One last question, anyway that you can eliminate mailboxes such as ones that are used for hunt groups from getting these messages. Lots of questions and I apologize in advance. Thank you all!
