when I enter info view I'm unable to see link to Broad cast agent so where do you authenticate users into broad cast agent and if in supervisor then where and with what profile.

Do you want to schedule reports from WebI using BCA??? There is no separate authentication for BCA for scheduling. All that needs to be done is the group of the particular user needs to have BCA configured for them in Supervisor. Once done the users can freely schedule the reports.

Thanks sri but can you be please more precise with how BCA is to be configured in Supervisor for a set of users and oncw when configured would they be able to see the broad cast link in the infoview navigation bar.

Look at a folders properties in Supervisor and you can configure a BCA.

There is no BCA link in Infoview. There is a button on the left called Scheduled Documents. If you have the privilege to schedule documents, you'll have the link. If not, you won't see it.

Like Steve said there is no BCA Link instead Schedule Link, to define a BCA group right click the user group and choose properties and then define the BCA UserName and Password.
