Hello...we are trying to pump a BT E-1 into a NM-HDV2 on a 3825 gateway. A couple problems are the fact that the E-1 is coming out of a multiplexer as an unbalanced BNC...does anybody have the BT E-1 configs and know how to either convert the unbalanced line into the RJ 45 as balanced? I have tried the 75 ohm and 120ohm commands on the E-1 card, but could not get anything to work, any help would be greatly appreciated! below are the current configs for the balanced and unbalanced attempts.

E1 1/0 is down.
Applique type is Channelized E1 - unbalanced
Transmitter is sending remote alarm.
Receiver has loss of frame.
alarm-trigger is not set
Version info Firmware: 20070321, FPGA: 255, spm_count = 0
Framing is CRC4, Line Code is HDB3, Clock Source is Line.
Current port master clock:local osc on this network module
Data in current interval (779 seconds elapsed):
5762184 Line Code Violations, 40233 Path Code Violations
4 Slip Secs, 2 Fr Loss Secs, 6 Line Err Secs, 0 Degraded Mins
1 Errored Secs, 0 Bursty Err Secs, 5 Severely Err Secs, 773 Unavail Secs
Total Data (last 6 15 minute intervals):

We did exactly this and converted it using a standard G703 hardware balun. You can buy them from Blackbox - the code number of the part we used is MTU242A-CM and it all seems to work fine.

Thanks...do you have the call manager configs that you used?

Thanks again!
