Bringing back the startup Menus on a Switchboard 1

Genius that I am, I removed the menubar when I installed a switchboard on the Startup screen (in the startup menu, you hav teh option to remove). I now do not even see the Tools menu to try to bring it back. Any one know how to do it?

I really need them because I am trying to make a change to a report and I can't.
