Brigthstor R9 jobs Fails with Crashed 1

HEllo,

I have te following problem: I am using Brigthstor R9 on a WNT 4 SP6a server. The jobs runs twice correct and the third day the jobs Crashes with the failed result and status hold. When i look in the logging dpeptXX.log the following error is given:
Task Engine Exception Handler Ver 1.0
Exception Time : Tue Mar 15 08:30:37 2005
Exception Cause : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (attempting to read)
Exception Flags : Noncontinuable exception
Exception Address : 01019232h
DLL/Exe that caused GP: C:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup\ASBACKUP.DLL

I have tried the following actions:
Register asbackup.dll with Regsvr32 --> Didn't work
Replace the asbackup.dll file with one from another server without the problem --> Dind't work.
Remove the Brightstor, remove registry settings and directoies. Take server down and restart. Install Brightstor again --> It worked for 2 days.

try installing SP1.

Perhaps it is related to a problem with the particular job.

Thanks for the answer you gave me.
Only it work for about for days and since yesterday the same error returned.
So i have to look futher.
