Brightstor Serverless Backup

Has anyone had success using Brightstor's Serverless backup?
I'm struggling with deploying a Crossroads datamover and configuring the ServerLess backup option to backup a HP SAN. I would love to hear from others that have tried and failed even. I have some lesson's learned to share if there are other's with similar situations? Thanks
