Hi,
I experienced a hard performance problem with SQL Server 2000 after installing the BrightStor High Availability, especially after rebuilding a large index. Now I can’t perform any DML activity on the large tables, I mean I can’t move the data from OLTP to the Archive database. When trying to delete rows from the large tables a system simply stops. I performed a plenty of performance tests and did not find any problem on the OS level.

Thanks in advance

I would suggest checking for updated patches for you version (whatever version it is) and then if the problem persists to contact CA. There will be a certain amount of overhead caused by BHA because it keeps track of changes going on in the file system so that they can be replicated to the secondary server on a continuous basis.
