Brightstor Backup looping

I am running Brightstor 9. My backup job will kick off fine and backup the first server. After the first server backup, it will start over trying to backup the first server again and again. It never move onto the next server.
I have reinatlled the agent, recreated the jobs and reinstalled the Backup Manager. Brighstore was installed on D drive which has 10G free space.

My OS is windows2000 SP4 with Benchmark Tape library.

Try a test backup to see if that works ok, and if it is only this backup job.

Put the Job Engine in debug mode.

I think your job is crashing and it keep retrying try to disable the following if it is enabled:

go to: Manager\Server Admin
Select: Admin\Configuration
Select the "Job Engine" tab
Uncheck the "Retry crashed jobs after engine restart"

This is selected by default and is a problem with the software
