Brightstor backing up individual mailboxes in Exchange 5.5

Hello

I am running Brightsor ArcServe Backupr11.1 (Build 3100).

I want to backup individual mailboxes from my Exchange 5.5 box. Basically, when a user accidently deletes e-mails, I want to be able to retrieve either their inbox/mailbox or the e-mails that were deleted.

What is the best possible I can do this? Any recommendations?

I am not a master using Brightstor, if you can explain in details it would be nice. Thank you.

Hi,
First of all you have to have the arcserve exchange agent.
Second your Exchange 5.5 box needs to have SP4 installed on it for compatibility with BAB:

When you have all of the above you need to install your agent and configure your backup to do brick level backup on your exchange server. This will backup each individual mailbox. Here is a white paper that I've found on it:
