How can i configure the alert manager to print out the logs?
Is it possible?
Or does it just work with a mail client?

 
It is two steps.

In the Alert Manager configure Trouble Ticket.

For the backup job go to Global Options, Alert tab, setup the alert and check the box Attach Job Log.

 
Oki.

This i have checked. So it shuold work.
Then i notised another thing, when the backup is finised it´s supose to pop out the tape, but it´s not.
I have tried to locate wher i can configure it, but have not found it.
 
Go to the options and select the operations tab.
You'll see it there.

That is modify the job go to Options and then select the Operation tab.

Eject Backup Media upon Completion Options

Select one of the following options:

Use Default Device Setting--Select this if you want to use the setting you selected during library configuration.

Eject Media--Select this if you want to eject media from the drive after the job finishes. This helps prevent any other job from overwriting information on this media. If you select this, it overrides the setting you selected during library configuration.

Do Not Eject Media--Select this if you do not want to eject media from the drive after the job finishes. If you select this, it overrides the setting you selected during library configuration.

Note: These options relate to Tape Libraries only and not to standalone drives.

I have created a new backup with the configuration that i wanted.
Now i have to wait and see if it will wor or not.
 
And the result:

When the backup i complete/ incomplete the tape is ejected.
But i can not get the backup to print out a joblog.

Where do i configure that?
I have configured the backup to send alerts to the printer (no jobs recived).
The configuration i´ve made is:
Incomplete
Complete
Stoped by user.

What more can i configure?

From the Alert Manager try printing a test trouble ticket to make sure it works.
