Brightstor 9 and ETrust InoculateIT

Just a tip for you all who run Brightstor9 and ETrust inoculateit v6.
We had a problem trying to backup the exchange server at brick level. An error message "error in named status pipe" kept coming up.

After HOURS of trials, we discovered that ETrust v6 for some reason stops the bricks back up so after a swift upgrade to v7, everything worked.
Just so as no one else has to tear their hair out for 2 days.....

There is a workaround for this which to create a fillter with no extention to not let it scan Namied piped this is should be done from Inoculate side ,I already post it somwhere in a thread
