bridged call appearance display

I have an admin on a 6424 that has bridged appearance for 4 different people. 2 bridge appearances show the caller id display on her phone the other 2 don't. I have checked her station, the only difference between them is that the one that does not display caller ID is set to not ring. The stations for the bridged numbers are all set the same. Any ideas? Could it be the ring control that stops the caller ID display?

We had this same issue... If you look at "Change System-Parameters Feature" you should see something on page 16 that allows you to "Display Information With Bridged Call". Set this to yes and it should fix the problem.

I don't know when this feature came to being, but I think it might be fairly new. CM2.2 or later perhaps...

By the way, I am running CM3.0 so the page numbers on that particular command could be different depending on your release.
