Have a system on 3.0 (40) with 5410 handsets

Two phones are programmed with 2 call appearance buttons and 1 bridged appearance of each others first call appearance

If person A is on the phone (call appearace a) and a call rings to a group (with group ring) with both users as members and call waiting and the second call hangs up before being picked up the call rings on call appearance a on person B's phone and cannot be picked up. Only to be cleared by unplugging the phone.

Its a weird setup but they want both phones to ring

Is this another fault or bad programming. Would a coverage appearance be better ?

I'm not sure I'm following the situation. Both phones are member of the same group and you want them both to ring when a call comes into the group? Why not make it a group ring huntgroup and ditch the bridged appearance?

They want to be able to take group calls (group type ring)
and also for each others internal calls to ring at both phones

I'm not able to heard the busy tone on an internal call:
User A is calling; when user B calls user A, it hear free tone (and user B will see the call on call appearance b=).
This appens since we have upgraded to release 3.
How can I make the busy tone?

Thanks

Don't use call appearance buttons, turn off call waiting, turn on busy one held
