If the bridge appearance extension set-up on your phone is lit and being used- how to make it not able to hear/listen to the conversation if accidentally pressed/hit this bridge appearance key button and vice-versa.
Please advise...thanks

I believe there is a setting in system features, automatic exclusion by cos. Once this is active, you will notice an additional option in COS. Then if you assign an exclusion button to the user(s), the COS to the user(s), you will see the exclusion button automatically activate when answering a bridged appearance call.

thanks for the input--finally it worked now...tho 2nd softkey now says "BRIDGE" and says Press "bridge" to join call. But when I press ---does not do anything---can I make this "bridge" on the softkey disappear?
Reason is , the customer will end-up asking why it does'nt work since we just de-activated the barge-in to the call.

Again, much appreciated any input...thanks

The other extensions with bridged appearances can not gain access as they are automatically excluded. If the person on the call deactivates exclusion, then they can bridge on to the conversation.

[morning]mystery solved...works like a charm---thanks very much...
