Bridge Appearance issue

If the bridge appearance extension set-up on your phone is lit and being used- how to make it not able to hear/listen to the conversation if accidentally pressed/hit this bridge appearance key button and vice-versa.

Go to User>Telephony>Supervisor Settings.
Make sure "Cannot Be Intruded" is enabled.

thanks but not sure where to go.
The phone model is 9611 and set-up as an admin phone (not queue phone).
I create and set-up station/ext.nos in Site Administration (GEDI)
Please advise.
