Hello all.
I've have a g3r8 using a tn556 card connected to a fax server.I' ve tried to configure it like an acd queue creating wcbri stations and their data modules creating hunt-vdn-vector and agents auto staffed on wcbri stations.
The problem is that for incoming faxes, it works only with the two wcbri stations and not for their data modules.
But i need to receive calls on 4 channels.
Can anyone tell me how to configure a bri trunk to the fax server and routing the incoming calls ( maybe creating analog station without hardware assignment )without using UDP (i don't have it enabled) but using aar analisys ?

Thank in advance to everyone

Isnt a BRI line 2 64kbs circuits? I dont know a way to get more than that out of it. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.
Hope this helps, Mikey.

Would you maybe setup the TN556D board as a ISDN trunk group, then have it route over using UDP?

First,
thanks to all.
Second, i've already thought to configure a bri trunk ( i can't use UDP because is not enabled on my g3r8).
The problem is that i've not done it before.
I was thinking to create analog stations without hardware assignment and using aar analisys routing to the bri trunk that points to the fax server.
Can anyone tell me how to configure the trunk and the aar analisys?

Thanks

Rgds
