Brauche ein ping block und ein ping finder Programm!!!

Ich suche jetzt schon lange nach einem Ping block Programm den letztens als ich meine Ip bei Counterstrike bekanntgegeben habe, pingt mich jetzt manchmal einer an.
Ich bräuchte jetzt ein Programm das Pings blockt und eines das herausfindet wer mich andauernt angpingt.

Many times you can configure a router (like a cisco) to block the ICMP and /or return messages AND log the time and source of the ping. Very handy at times
