Long story short, we bought a new SD card, I performed a re-host/move, I formatted and recreated with R11.0.4.1, moved our dynamic LVMail files and config.cfg file to the new card and installed. Reboot took about 30 minutes and then I activated new xml licensing.

The reasons I feel like the card is bad...

[ul]
[li]3 system hang and reboots this week.[/li]
[li]Several phones would not update firmware during the upgrade (it's like the system was overloaded)[/li]
[li]A few users tried recording a new greeting before going on vacation and the new recording is super corrupt and missing audio bits.[/li]
[li]We've had weird things happen with 3 users that were set as receptionist randomly lose their license.[/li]
[/ul]

We had none of these problems prior to replacing the SD card. I only replaced it because it was getting full and was an older 4GB model.
