Brain cramp - 200 ICP night switching

I have enabled option 609 in COS and added a DAY NIGHT key on 5530 running on a 200 ICP. System won't switch out of DAY.

Also have schduled DAY NIGHT switching in VOICEMAIL OPTIONS. No joy.

What am I missing? other than sleep.

All phones and trunks are in Tenant ONE. I'm going to work on it tomorrow. Got to be something simple that I missed.

Note: Night/Day Switching is a purchaseable option. Upon purchase and activation, System Option 102 is set to 6.
