Hi,
Can I upgrade the software image of a BPS2000 directly from version v2.0.5 to version boss3.1

Yup, make sure you run .img first then the diag.

what if you don't have access to the CLI?

Mine stops after 'decompressing image'...........

hi all,

yup, i managed to TFTP the image and diag onto the BPS2000. All is good now.
