I have a user who is logging onto BOXI V2. When she selects a report and view latest instance she can still see the folder tree on the left of the screen and she can see the drill down options in the middle of the screen but the where the actual report should be all she can see is a black screen. I have tried logging onto it as administrator on her PC and got the same result. Is this an issue with BOXI or with Internet Explorer? Either way, has anyone got any possible solution?
