BOXI : How do you hide the bookmark panel when viewing PDF documents?

In Business Objects XI - You open a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Reader and the bookmark panel on the left is displayed.

I want the PDF file to be generated and viewed without the bookmark panel because it is not necessary and it uses up viewing space.

Unfortunately, this has been asked many times before. I don't think there is any answer to this that will make you happy.
