Box around data in detail section

I created a box around my date in the detail section, but the box continues on into my report footer section, how do I stop this or can I? TIA
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
In design mode, make sure the box is limited to the details section--and not crossing sections. Magnify the view if necessary.
