Bound Hyperlink Control?

I am using Access XP Pro and I want to add a ' BOUND HYPERLINK CONTROL' to my Data access page for Hyperlinks.

On the MS office website they inform that the control is on the TOOLBOX, I definately don't have it and I've search High and low.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
