Borland Builder c++

I have an application creted on Borland Builder c++ and when i execute it on Windows 8 the Shotcuts do not exexute ok.

The problem is not likely to be C++Builder. In Windows 8 you may have to have admin rights to run executables from a shortcut. Check your permissions.
