boring Icon selection in VB

I am creating a .EXE in VB 6<br>
So when I compile my program it has an Icon other than the default DOS looking thing.<br>
The Icons that come with VB6 have not changed in years.<br>
90% of them are so useless.<br>
have you ever used some of them?<br>
And when you need a particular one they don't have it.<br>
<br>
What in the world would you do with a Stop light or a hand or an Arrow?<br>
<br>
Does anyone know of some Icons out here on the WEB.<br>

I have about 30000 icons wasting space on my hard drive. I gave up searching for the &quot;perfect&quot; icon when I realized the users cared not whether they clicked on a green smudge or a red smudge and the time spent in the search would be better spent battling insomnia. I also have a utility called Icon Editor. I used it until I realized the time spent to create the &quot;perfect&quot; icon could've been spent writing hundreds of lines of useful code.<br>

If you are truly bored and simply looking for a diversion try creating a single-form app with a 32x32 picture and a timer to animate the picture with the images in a pic-clip. Have the MouseUp event shell to your app. Gets their attention every time.<br>

Another good icon editor is Microangelo which you can get a free 30 day trial of. It allows multiple icon formats, and also allows animated cursor creation. I find a good way to do things is grab another icon and then edit it to suit yourself. I think Microangelo will open any icon file.<br>
