Borders in Office 2000 Word

When i put a full border around a document in Word it will appear in the document but in print review or when printed the bottom border is missing.
I have tried changing margin sizes and printable area but still no luck.Top and side margins are perfect.Anyone else had this problem.
Can anyone help please
