booting people out of access 1

Does anyone know how I can boot people out of Access? I believe there is a program that does it? My database is on a network.

I also have a related issue where people are out of my database, and have been for a few days but the .ldb file is still there, and still shows 2 people in there that I confirmed being out of the database days ago.

I can't do any admin work because of it...
